Camper Scholarships The drawings for Camp Heaven go through 4 stages: 1. The pencil sketch. Here is where the ideas are born and take shape. Not every idea comes out, either because it's not right for camp or because it can't be drawn successfully in the line style of the art. 2. The ink drawing. Following the line art, the figure emerges fully realized, a gender is selected and a hat design is decided on. 3. The digital edit. After scanning the image I go in close and refine the figure and add shading. 4. The first color version. Here a new layer is created and the color is applied, after that the glow of heaven's light is applied The figure will be placed into one of the new scenes like the one below that will be popping up all over the site. Below are some sketches for figures yet to be completed. As you can tell from the art above, many changes are made to the figure before it's complete. The gender, the hat decoration and the colors of the figure's clothes all have to be decided. If you would like to sponsor one of these campers you can do so for $100.
